I order poms and Nike duffel bags every year through Omni. Never a problem! This year, total different story! Placed my order the beginning of July (like usual) now, we are a week away from our first football game so I call to check the status of my order since the poms have not yet been delivered. They said they have not processed my order yet because I have not approved the customization! Customization??!! I never had to do that with poms before! No email, no nothing, just me sitting and waiting for my stuff to be delivered! HORRIBLE customer service & now my stuff will not be delivered for another 4-6 weeks!!! Never again!!

I have used this company for the past 6 years and have loved them. Quality, customer service, cost .

. . everything was good until this year. I have not received anything on time.

I cannot get the same person twice. I cannot get responses to my emails. No one will put me through to a supervisor.

I don't know what has changed, but I will never use this company again. We have our first game this week, and we still do not have cheer tops!

Worst company ever

I have had the worst time with this company. And the only reason i still have anything to do with them is because of my girls. I started ordering six years ago and had nothing but trouble. We send them the p.o. after i call in and tell them everything i need. They dont get back to you, i call and they said they never received it, sentvit several times after, still nothing . Had to go higher, finally something got done. My cheerleaders did not have their things untill weeks after cheer started. I need something else in a hurry this time i paid with my bank card. I did receive it faster but for me to be reimbursed i need a receipt. Called, emailed, 2 weeks later still no receipt. Ugh

Worst Customer Service Ever

I tried to give Omni Cheer another opportunity to regain my business, since I was a customer for many years. Things keep getting WORST their customer service is the worst. Do their sales people ever know what going on? First, they lost my order and when they found it, they shipped it out twice. I had to send 4 large boxes back or they would invoice me twice. Second chance.. placed order on line to get 20% discount and free shipping. Was told I couldn't get free shipping because I didn't hit the button, the system will not give it to you automatically and the young man I spoke with had me on hold for 25 minutes, trying to verify if I received the 20% discount, since it didn't show it while I was checking out. NEVER again... Omni is getting worst and worst, try another vendor if you really need great customer service or your order in a time manner and correct.

Drafted $1200 from my account

Our cheer coach made an order for 2o uniforms. Each parent had to call and pay for their own child. The cost was $97.50 but they charged my account $1200.00 It has been a nightmare trying to get my money back.

this is the worst company to deal with ever. they give you the run around all the time and it's just a back-and-forth battle. similar to the stories that are listed below it's too long to go into great detail. but just be warned and I will never order from this company again. they don't care about their customers or someone who placed an $8,000 order. I talked to a couple of nice people in the service department like Alex and Mitchell but other than that everyone gives you a run around. I have never ever wrote a bad review and today I felt the need to cuz they are just awful!!

Do NOT ORDER from this Company if you are a school or organization. They are under new management. They will take forever to process your order and take NO personal responsibility in getting it to you. Over a month and still no order! They do not care about having your business!

Ordered cheer shoes-nike sign peeling off after two wears

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes from this site. After two times wearing them the Nike signs started to peel on both shoes. I contacted Omni Cheer about this and they stated "I understand the inconvenience however as long as the shoe arrived in original condition the only option you have is to repurchase shoes". I will no longer buy anything from them again if they don't stand by the products they sell. I rate this company at a 0.

I can't believe this company is in business! I have wasted a week dealing with them after being sucked in by an affordable jacket for my dancers...They have no idea what they are doing... Poor communication skills No concept of how to deal with public schools and taxes Can't find emails Finally gave up because I lost faith that I would even get what I ordered and that it would be correct. Run away!!

God Awful. Just dont do it. Go to ANY other uniform company. Seriously. Error after error. Blames customer. Takes no accountability for errors. Literally no end in site to when item ordered nearly 2 months ago will arrive. It is down right appalling the way this place operates. I have all emails and call logs to show how this company has mistreated us. They still offer NO solution.

We placed an order for two fit kits on 4/25. We only received tops for one fit kit and the other was completely wrong (however it was only tops as well) We returned those. We then finally received the one fit kit only to be told the uniform fit kit was being delivered in 2 days. Never received it. Called, they stated they were not sure why we were told that the uniform was on back order. I switched uniforms was told it was being shipped to be here by Friday. We never got it. Every time I call I have to sit on hold for well over an hour to even speak with someone. It is now 5/28 and still no resolution. Very displeased!!!

Omni Cheer - Uniforms took way to long to get and embroidery didn't match uniform

I ordered stock uniforms with customized twill for the tops and customized embroidery for the skirts. I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery.

After 5 weeks I received the tops. One had a stain on it and they offered to send me a new top (in another 5 weeks of course). That was the only top that I ordered in that size. They shipped the tops in a bag instead of a box and the bag had a big rip in it.

The skirts came after almost 8 weeks. The embroidery didn't even match the uniform. They won't return my calls or emails I sent with a picture of the skirt. The color discrepancy is very obvious.

The colors are 2 totally different colors.

They look awful. I will never order from this company again.

Most horrible unprofessional place I have ever dealt with!!!! Double charged, ordered for 2 day shipping only to find out after I paid that it takes 1-2 business days to process before shipping!!! Then here we are 6 days down the road and I get an email telling me the product I ordered is on back order until February unless I move the size up! Now I have to wait for it to process for two more days before I get a size I didn’t want to begin with! This place is a joke. The customer service is awful and the “floor supervisor” is no better and does nothing to help you and talks to you like your an idiot! Do yourself and your daughter/son a favor and order from somewhere else. This place is nothing but a headache and scheme for money.

I received two UNAUTHORIZED charges on my bank account by Omni cheer yesterday evening. After the experience I’ve had with poms I originally ordered being out of stock without my knowledge until calling and emailing them like crazy.

I had the poms I was originally charged for refunded to my bank account in “exchange” for another order. I then two months later receive an invoice from these people saying I owe them $127.20, that same day they proceeded with and unauthorized charge charging this amount twice!! I will be reporting to my bank as fraud and disputing charges.

I am now pressing criminal charges against this company for using my account unauthorized. I have no issue paying something I owe, but it is illegal to voluntarily charge someone’s account without authorization.
