Uniforms took way to long to get and embroidery didn't match uniform
I ordered stock uniforms with customized twill for the tops and customized embroidery for the skirts. I was told 3-4 weeks for delivery.
After 5 weeks I received the tops. One had a stain on it and they offered to send me a new top (in another 5 weeks of course). That was the only top that I ordered in that size. They shipped the tops in a bag instead of a box and the bag had a big rip in it.
The skirts came after almost 8 weeks. The embroidery didn't even match the uniform. They won't return my calls or emails I sent with a picture of the skirt. The color discrepancy is very obvious.
The colors are 2 totally different colors.
They look awful. I will never order from this company again.
Preferred solution: send me plain skirts in what I ordered with overnigh shipping

I received two UNAUTHORIZED charges on my bank account by Omni cheer yesterday evening. After the experience I’ve had with poms I originally ordered being out of stock without my knowledge until calling and emailing them like crazy.
I had the poms I was originally charged for refunded to my bank account in “exchange” for another order. I then two months later receive an invoice from these people saying I owe them $127.20, that same day they proceeded with and unauthorized charge charging this amount twice!! I will be reporting to my bank as fraud and disputing charges.
I am now pressing criminal charges against this company for using my account unauthorized. I have no issue paying something I owe, but it is illegal to voluntarily charge someone’s account without authorization.

I have used this company for the past 6 years and have loved them. Quality, customer service, cost .
. . everything was good until this year. I have not received anything on time.
I cannot get the same person twice. I cannot get responses to my emails. No one will put me through to a supervisor.
I don't know what has changed, but I will never use this company again. We have our first game this week, and we still do not have cheer tops!
