Omni Cheer - Worst company ever

I have had the worst time with this company. And the only reason i still have anything to do with them is because of my girls. I started ordering six years ago and had nothing but trouble. We send them the p.o. after i call in and tell them everything i need. They dont get back to you, i call and they said they never received it, sentvit several times after, still nothing . Had to go higher, finally something got done. My cheerleaders did not have their things untill weeks after cheer started. I need something else in a hurry this time i paid with my bank card. I did receive it faster but for me to be reimbursed i need a receipt. Called, emailed, 2 weeks later still no receipt. Ugh

Do not order from this company! There is zero customer service. It took 10.5 weeks for a name to be embroidered on a backpack. 5 letters! Sent 6+ emails with no response. Finally received items after threatening to contact my bank for a chargeback.

Omni Cheer - Missing items and not compensated and have to wait another week

I ordered my items over the phone on Thurs 09/26/19 and paid $20 extra for 2 day delivery. I received all my items except 2 on Tuesday 10/01. I called 5am PT on 10/2 and spoke with Abel who called back at 6:42am PT and informed me he would send an email to the warehouse and to call back for a tracking #. Called back at 2pm PT and another rep informed me that someone would email me about a tracking number. 10/3 still no tracking number and was on the phone for 30 minutes. Spoke with Hugo, a supervisor and he provided me a tracking number stating it was shipped yesterday just to call back and speak with him to find out it was shipped today and won’t be here until 10/07. What a convenience smh

Omni Cheer - Ordered cheer shoes-nike sign peeling off after two wears

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes from this site. After two times wearing them the Nike signs started to peel on both shoes. I contacted Omni Cheer about this and they stated "I understand the inconvenience however as long as the shoe arrived in original condition the only option you have is to repurchase shoes". I will no longer buy anything from them again if they don't stand by the products they sell. I rate this company at a 0.

Placed order for cheer shoes and two bows were added to my order without my consent. After contacting customer service, was informed that I would have to pay for shipping cost for return. The cheer shoes I received were not true to size and I was expected to pay an additional shipping charge for return that was more than the cost of the shoes. Horrible experience, will not do business again!
