I placed an order for 11 customized cheer backpacks on 8/13. The website at the time as well as my order confirmation stated that customized orders would ship within 3-4 weeks.

It is now 9/30 and my order still has not shipped (and continues to say "being processed" online). I contacted Omni Cheer on 7 different occasions and was told to expect my order at the end of October (i.e. 10 weeks after order was placed), that the order could not be cancelled, and that the website never should have promised 3-4 weeks for delivery. I also noticed that after one of my calls to countless supervisors, the website was updated to show 4-6 weeks of processing.

I have screenshots and confirmations of the original timeline and never would have placed the order had I been quoted a 4-6 week (or longer) processing time. Our season ends before the end of October delivery I was given.

Since then, Omni has stopped responding to my inquiries. I consider this false advertising at best and fraud at worst.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $444.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Omni Cheer Cons: Customer service, Delivery, Communication, Timeliness of order processing.
